A Bloom Survives

I looked out the kitchen window this weekend and could see a spot of yellow — a few blooms that have survived our first hard frosts! (And no, I’m not sure what the name is.)

    1. Ye of little faith. I’ve seen a salvia blooming in the front yard this month, despite front, and Helleborus blooms in the winter. Weeds tend to die back with frost too. (If only frost could kill mock strawberry.)
