Happy habaneros

We’ve got more peppers in the garden this year than we know what to do with.

The habenero plants are loving it, and the jalapenos aren’t far behind. Plus we’ve got some Portuguese hots.

Too many for curries. I see quite a bit of hot pepper jam  in my future. Do we need a food dehydrator?
